With over 11 years of experience in Human Resources and Career Services, Christina Kostas, founder of Job Prep for Success, is uniquely capable to help you land the job that you want.

In her time in HR specializing in recruitment and employee relations, Christina has reviewed thousands of résumés for hundreds of positions, and knows what works and what doesn't when it comes to having a résumé that gets an interview.

As Director of Career Services working at Yale University, she has used her skills as a certified behavioral interviewing trainer to coach students and Yale alumni on how to make an excellent impression and capably handle interviews.

Christina has presented to and trained groups from 15 to 150, and is skilled in providing information in a manner that is engaging, interesting, and easy to understand.

Christina's own credentials include a Bachelors degree, a Masters of Business Administration, and a proven record of success in crafting résumés that get interviews and coaching people who get jobs.
